【PRODUCT DESCRIPTION】
Gurank's camo cargo shorts.

These shorts are based on the Gurkha shorts adopted by the British Army in the 1980s, but use a soft cotton twill with modern flexibility.

They offer both the soft, familiar feel of vintage clothing and the rugged silhouette characteristic of military wear. Their most distinctive feature is the original camouflage pattern created by craftsmen using **"hand printing."**

Hand printing is a traditional Japanese printing technique where craftsmen align a different stencil for each color and manually apply ink to the fabric. Unlike mechanical digital printing, the overlapping of inks and subtle variations in pressure create deep color depth and soft unevenness. Furthermore, by combining special inks and processing, we have achieved a unique faded color that looks as if it has been used for many years.

The buttons are custom-made iron tack buttons. They are designed to gradually rust where the paint peels or scratches occur, allowing them to age along with the fabric, transforming into a tool-like garment unique to its owner.

The waist is generously sized, so it is recommended to wear them adjusted with a belt.

【BRAND】
(Gurank / グランク)
Gurank is a coined word formed by combining terms derived from the core of manufacturing: K. (Kino-bi / functional beauty/design), G. (Mingu / folk implements/everyday objects), N.A. (Narawashi / customs/established traditions), R. (Karei / splendor/beauty), and U. (En / allure/charm). Without being bound by specific countries or eras, it proposes something slightly new based on the designer's experiences.
