Application Validity Period

Within 3 days after placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, it will be considered that there is no intention to purchase, and the order will be automatically canceled.

Defective Products

Initial defects that occur within 7 days from the product arrival date will be handled by exchange or repair.

Delivery Time

We will ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
※Every Wednesday is a regular holiday. 

If there is a delay due to bad weather, circumstances of the delivery company, or any other reason, we will notify you by email or other means.

You can use it with just your email address and mobile phone number. No prior registration or credit card is required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, payments are consolidated into a single payment the following month. The total amount used for the month will be finalized on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified via email and SMS.

・Rakuten Pay
You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Earn and use Rakuten Points! Please use Rakuten Pay for an "easy," "secure," and "advantageous" experience.

Payment will be processed through the "KOMOJU" payment service. Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.

About Returns

Please be sure to check "whether there are any defects in the product." In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product or it differs from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will handle exchanges at our shipping expense. If an exchange is not possible due to the product being out of stock, discontinued, or a limited edition, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fee after you return the product at our shipping expense.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed due to customer convenience.

Additionally, please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

・Products that have passed 8 days or more since their arrival ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer ・If the product box, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories are soiled, damaged, or lost.

All products handled by us meet the manufacturer's quality standards and also the inspection standards of authorized domestic distributors.

We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service).Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control.  LAFUNQUE not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.

TAXES & DUTIES

All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added. 

When ordering goods from LAFUNQUE internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. LAFUNQUE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. LAFUNQUE has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.

NO REFUNDS
