Starting in 1981 with two knitting machines and six staff members, the company is now the top quality rugby jersey manufacturer with the largest market share in North America . Founder Bill Hartle had doubts about existing rugby jerseys, so he disassembled each one and studied every detail from every angle, including design, cutting, sewing, accessories, fabric quality, and strength, before starting original production. Not only are they durable, but the more they are washed, the more comfortable they become and fit the more comfortable they become. They are trusted by many rugby players who know the real thing, and their design and comfort are also satisfactory enough to be worn as town wear.
