Returns and exchanges, defective products

After receiving the product, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product.

If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product .

We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges. If an exchange is not possible due to sold-out items, discontinued items, limited items, etc., we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fees after you return the item to us at our expense.

*Refunds will be made via the method of payment.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we will not accept any returns of products for any reason whatsoever, regardless of whether they have been shipped or not.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service).Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. LAFUNQUE not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.

TAXES & DUTIES

All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added.

When ordering goods from LAFUNQUE internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. LAFUNQUE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. LAFUNQUE has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be.
