Order Validity Period

Orders are valid for 3 days after placement. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing an order, the order will be automatically cancelled, assuming there is no intent to purchase.

Returns, exchanges, and defective products

Upon arrival of your product, please be sure to check for any defects.

In the unlikely event that a product is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

We will arrange for an exchange at our shipping expense. If the item is out of stock, discontinued, or a limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fee after you return the product at our shipping expense.

※Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

After an order is confirmed, whether before or after shipping, we cannot accept returns of products due to customer convenience.

Additionally, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

・Products after 8 days of arrival
・Products that have been used by the customer
・Products damaged or stained by the customer
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
・Products and their accompanying boxes, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories that have been stained, damaged, or lost

・Perfumes, detergents, deodorizers, underwear, etc. (for safety and hygiene reasons)
