Dimissianos inherited the business from his father, who focused on making traditional shoes called Tsarouhi for presidential guards.
While adhering to tradition, his work often has a unique style that incorporates modern elements, and while simple, his designs are imbued with intelligence and playfulness.
Now run by the second generation, the company still maintains a tightly controlled production system, with all processes carried out by hand by DiMisiano himself and a few other craftsmen.
