This is ANSNAM's Big Pa Jacket (Italian Deadstock Cotton).
The "Big Pa Jacket," released as a new item for the Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
As its name suggests, it's a piece that has the distinct outline of a jacket while exuding the airy feel of wearing an oversized pajama.
A noteworthy feature of this jacket is that every step of its production was completed in a "shirt factory." The designer's answer to the challenge of how to construct a three-dimensional jacket form within the constraints of a shirt sewing line is evident in this single garment.
Inspired by 1920s work blousons, it features a distinctive pattern.
The fabric doesn't feel restrictive even when moving, making it perfect for the relaxed styles of spring and summer.
It's a piece you'll want to wear like a cardigan.
Italian Deadstock Cotton
A very rare deadstock fabric personally sourced by designer Nakano during his visit to Italy.
The material is a thin 100% cotton fabric, ideal for spring and summer.
It features pinstripes in four colors—navy, blue, beige, and gray—layered over a white base. The pattern is so delicately pitched that it almost appears plain, and its complexity is only noticeable up close.
This "subtly multi-colored" design exudes elegance. The unique relaxed silhouette of I AM DORK combined with this delicate deadstock fabric has created an unparalleled shirt jacket.
