【PRODUCT DESCRIPTION】
This is a Bunaco bowl that appears to have been made in the 1970s.
BUNACO is a series of wooden products that are carefully handcrafted one by one using our unique manufacturing method, developed to make effective use of beech trees from Aomori Prefecture, which boasts the largest beech tree reserve in Japan.
BUNACO's unique manufacturing method involves winding beech wood into a tape-like shape like a coil and then extruding it to form a shape. By changing the way the tape is wound and shifted, it is possible to create a wide variety of shapes.
This is possible thanks to the flexibility of beech wood and the skills of skilled craftsmen.
This item, produced in the 1970s, has aged and has a unique atmosphere.
This is a rare item in a style that is no longer produced.
