This is the Interlock Crew Neck Long Sleeve from Olde Homesteader.
A classic style of underwear that was once a part of daily life. This cut-and-sew garment has been carefully reconstructed to bring its simple yet powerful charm into modern everyday life.
The cuffs and hem feature ribbed trim, a common detail in vintage garments.
Additionally, the back of the neck, which is prone to stretching, is reinforced with a double layer of fabric.
The fabric is interlock (double-knit).
It is crafted using interlock fabric, which provides a smooth surface and is rarely used in standard cut-and-sew garments due to the time required for production.
Because the front and back are both jersey-knit, the production time and cost are nearly double that of a standard garment. However, we stick to this method to achieve the level of comfort we strive for.
