【PRODUCT DESCRIPTION】
A corduroy tailored jacket from BISOWN.
Crafted from a high-density corduroy fabric produced entirely in the Enshu region—Japan's sole corduroy production hub—where the process from greige fabric to pile cutting and dyeing is handled consistently.
Slowly woven over time on traditional, inefficient looms and refined through processes by skilled artisans, the fabric achieves a beautiful nap with a soft, deep texture.
It uses a "parent-child" corduroy featuring alternating wide and narrow wales.
The upper collar and flap lining are crafted from sheep leather, and the piece is tailored at a renowned domestic factory known for its high technical expertise. While it maintains the casual appearance of a coverall, it is a tailored jacket that stands out for its beautiful, three-dimensional form.
