【PRODUCT DESCRIPTION】
This is the Minaret Down Vest from Big Rock Candy Mountaineering.
It's a new reversible vest for the Autumn/Winter 2026 season.
The shell is made from smooth 100% nylon fabric, designed for a pleasant feel against the skin. The insulation is generously filled with "Thermore® Ecodown Genius Fibers," a high-performance insulation material that offers excellent warmth while achieving the volume characteristic of down and an astonishing lightness.
The design is based on 1970s mountain outerwear. It incorporates practical details from that era, such as distinctive front sweep pockets, a reversible 2-way zipper, and a knit collar to prevent cold air from entering from the neck.
The 2-way zipper allows for easy adjustment of ventilation, and you can switch between the two sides depending on the day's temperature or your layering, making it a valuable item for your winter wardrobe.

【BRAND】
(BIG ROCK CANDY MOUNTAINEERING)
The brand is headed by Samuel, a founding member of ROWING BLAZERS, and Peter, known as the designer for WYTHE. With a proven track record in vintage research and design, their inspiration comes from the early American alpinists and mountaineers who pioneered the outdoor style of the 1950s to 1970s, as well as the innovators of outdoor gear.
While paying homage to past designs, their collection incorporates playful "twists" throughout, resulting in high-quality items that possess a nostalgic, vintage feel.
The brand name is derived from the folk song "The Big Rock Candy Mountain" released by Harry McClintock in 1927. They propose new outdoor wear that intersects the adventurous spirit of old America with contemporary design sensibilities.
