A ceramic artist active in Yomitan Village, Okinawa Prefecture.

His signature work is a painting based on the shell motif of his name.
In 2012, he studied under Yamada Shinman at Yamada Studio.
2018: Established Shingai Koubou in Tokeshi, Yomitan Village
In 2021, it was featured in VOGUE JAPAN as traditional innovative tableware.
