【PRODUCT DESCRIPTION】
This is a small plate made from straw ash by Michiyuki Onuma.
Straw ash is used as a raw material for ceramic glazes made by burning rice straw or wheat straw. Its main component, silica, has the effect of making the glaze milky white or opaque, or raising its melting point, creating a unique, warm appearance.
