OWEN BARRY was founded by Owen Barry in Somerset, southwestern England, in 1948. As Britain's largest long-established manufacturer, it has been producing outerwear, accessories, and lifestyle products using high-quality sheepskin for over 75 years, earning high acclaim both domestically and internationally. All leather used at OWEN BARRY is a byproduct of the food industry. High-quality leather is carefully selected from trusted tanneries in Britain and Europe and meticulously crafted using traditional handcraft techniques in the Somerset workshop. Since the late 1800s, when the Barry family operated a tannery in Wiltshire, England, OWEN BARRY has continued to uphold its tradition by pouring its passion into sheepskin and leather to create exceptional British-made products.
