This is the Tilak Svalbard jacket.

The outer fabric is made of a firm, water-repellent material ( WINDSTOPPER ® BY GORE-TEX) and synthetic cotton "CLIMASHIELD®" is used for the padding.

Among synthetic cotton fibers, it has exceptional fluffiness, is lightweight, and warm. The advantages of synthetic cotton are that it is easy to care for at home, sheds very little, and retains its heat-retaining properties even when wet. CLIMASHIELD® synthetic cotton is a fluffy, sheet-like fabric. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the batting bunching up when washed in a home washing machine, and there is no need to worry about the batting coming out from the seams. Furthermore, since synthetic cotton does not absorb moisture, there is no need to worry about its heat-retaining properties suddenly decreasing even when it gets wet in the rain.

In fact, depending on the level of warmth you require and your activities, Svalbard is sufficient unless you're in an extremely cold climate, such as -30 degrees Celsius. In fact, Tilak recommends synthetic down because it offers many benefits over natural down and is more convenient. It can be stored in the mesh pocket attached to the back of the waist. When stored, it becomes the size of a pillow, making it useful for sleeping in a tent or as a lumbar cushion in a chair.
