【PRODUCT DESCRIPTION】
Grand's camo cargo pants.
Based on the Gurkha shorts used by the British Army in the 1980s, these shorts are made from soft cotton twill with a modern suppleness.
It combines the soft feel of vintage clothing with the rugged silhouette characteristic of military wear.
The biggest feature is the original camouflage pattern, which is created by hand printing by artisans.
Hand-printing is a traditional Japanese printing technique in which artisans manually print ink onto fabric, matching stencils for each color. Unlike machine-based digital printing, the overlapping of ink and the precise application of pressure create a deep depth of color and soft unevenness. Furthermore, by combining special inks and processing, we have been able to express a unique faded color that looks like it has been used for many years.
The buttons are custom-made iron tuck buttons, which are designed to rust little by little where the paint has peeled or become scratched, and as the fabric ages, the garment will grow into a tool that is unique to its owner.
The waist is made to be large, so we recommend adjusting it with a belt.

[BRAND]
(Gurank / Gurank)
Gurank is a coined word that combines words from the core of craftsmanship: functional beauty (K.) / design, folk tools (G.) / everyday items, customs (NA) / things that have accumulated and become established, splendor (R.) / beauty, and gloss (U.) / sex appeal. Without specifying a country or era, we propose something a little new based on the designer's experience.
